TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Campaign Overview

1.1. The Velona Cuddles Scan & Win campaign is organised by Velona Cuddles (“the Organiser”).

1.2. The campaign will run for three months, from 1st October 2026 to 31st December 2026, unless otherwise officially communicated by the Organiser.

1.3. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1.4. The campaign is open to eligible participants residing in Sri Lanka.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1. Participants must be 18 years of age or above.

2.2. To participate, customers must scan the promotional QR code on an eligible Velona Cuddles product pack.

2.3. Participants must provide the requested information, including a valid mobile number, and complete OTP verification.

2.4. Registration is considered successful only after the required details have been submitted and verified.

2.5. Each participant must provide accurate and complete information. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate or misleading entries.

2.6. A successfully registered participant becomes eligible for the Weekly Lucky Draw.

2.7. To qualify for the Monthly Prize and Grand Prize draws, participants must additionally share the official ready-made campaign post on social media and tag the official Velona Cuddles account.

3. Discount Codes

3.1. Upon successful registration, participants will receive two promotional discount codes via SMS to their registered mobile number:

• A 10% discount code redeemable at all the Velona Outlets (Moratuwa | Pelawatte| Liberty Plaza | Havelock).
• A 20% discount code redeemable at buyvelona.com.

3.2. Each code is valid only for its designated redemption channel.

3.3. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.4. Discount codes are subject to the applicable validity period, product eligibility, redemption limits and any exclusions communicated with the offer.

3.5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify discount-code eligibility and reject misuse or fraudulent redemption.

4. Weekly Lucky Draw

4.1. Two winners will be selected each week from eligible registered participants.

4.2. Each winner will receive one Velona Cuddles Gift Hamper containing one Jumbo Diaper Pack, one Pants Diaper Pack, one Wet Wipes Pack and one Velona Venus Sanitary Napkin Sample.

4.3. Diaper sizes will be provided based on the winner’s requirements, subject to product availability.

4.4. Winners will be contacted through the mobile number provided during registration.

4.5. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

5. Monthly Prize Draw

5.1. One winner will be selected each month from eligible participants who have completed registration and shared and tagged the official campaign post.

5.2. The winner will receive a month’s supply of Velona Cuddles diapers.

5.3. The quantity, size and product type included in a month’s supply will be determined according to the campaign’s published prize entitlement.

5.4. The Organiser may request evidence of the participant’s qualifying social media post to verify eligibility.

5.5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Grand Prize Draw

6.1. One Grand Prize winner will be selected at the conclusion of the three-month campaign.

6.2. The winner will receive a year’s supply of Velona Cuddles diapers.

6.3. Eligibility is limited to participants who have successfully registered and shared and tagged the official campaign post.

6.4. The quantity, size, product type and delivery arrangements for the year’s supply will be governed by the published Grand Prize entitlement.

6.5. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or substituted at the winner’s request.

7. Social Media Participation

7.1. Participants entering the Monthly Prize and Grand Prize draws must share the official ready-made campaign post provided through the registration page and tag the official Velona Cuddles social media account.

7.2. The post must be accessible for eligibility verification (made public in Social Media) when requested by the Organiser.

7.3. The Organiser reserves the right to reject entries that cannot be verified or that involve misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

7.4. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

8.1. Winners will be selected randomly from the respective pools of eligible participants.

8.2. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

8.3. Winners may be required to provide reasonable information to verify their identity and eligibility before prizes are awarded.

8.4. If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Organiser may select an alternative winner.

8.5. Winners’ names or photographs may be published for promotional purposes only with the necessary consent.

9. Personal Information and Privacy

9.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used to administer the campaign, verify participation, issue discount codes, contact winners and fulfil prizes.

9.2. The participant information may be used for the organiser’s future marketing communications such as to notify discounts, offers, latest updates and other benefits. 

9.3. Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan data protection requirements.

10. General Conditions

10.1. The Organiser reserves the right to verify participation and disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10.2. The Organiser may amend, suspend or cancel the campaign where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and appropriate communication to participants.

10.3. Prizes are subject to the stated eligibility conditions and fulfilment arrangements.

10.4. The Organiser is not responsible for unsuccessful participation caused by incorrect mobile numbers, network interruptions or technical issues outside its reasonable control.
